1Ton Heavyweight Tee

Sullen's 1Ton tees are 7.6 oz, 100% cotton heavyweights built with side-seam construction, a drop shoulder, and a boxy fit. Every tee is garment-dyed to complement the artwork printed on it, then finished with a silicone bath and enzyme wash so the weight stays soft from day one. Graphics are original artwork screen printed by Sullen's network of 500+ tattoo artists.

How it's built

7.6 oz puts the 1Ton firmly in heavyweight territory — dense enough to hold its shape and print with depth, soft enough to wear immediately. The difference is in the finishing: an enzyme wash breaks down surface fibers for a broken-in hand, and a silicone wash adds suppleness that raw heavyweight cotton doesn't have. The result is a tee that feels substantial without feeling stiff.

Garment dyeing means each colorway is dyed after the shirt is sewn, matched specifically to the artwork on that design. Every piece reads as one.
