Proste, a trailblazing tattoo artist from Bratislava, Slovakia, has an artistic story rooted in the vibrant world of graffiti. Since 1998, Proste has immersed himself in urban subculture, using street signs and graffiti as his creative canvas. His fascination with calligraphy took shape around 2010, when his love for lettering inspired him to independently study and uncover the fundamentals of this craft.

It wasn’t until an invitation from Kubec of the renowned Wolf Town Tattoo Collective that Proste considered stepping into the world of tattooing. Initially hesitant, due to his deep ties with the underground graffiti scene, Proste soon found himself captivated by the endless possibilities of tattooing. By 2016, he fully embraced his passion, focusing on custom freehand lettering tattoos. Today, Proste is celebrated as one of Slovakia’s leading lettering tattoo artists, blending his graffiti heritage with his mastery of calligraphy.

Proste’s talent and dedication have earned him a global reputation, with invitations to prestigious tattoo conventions and guest spots around the world.
