Starting in the 1950s and tattooing people all around the world, 85 year old tattoo artistDoc Price continues to follow his passion by creating meaningful pieces for his clients. Much less common back then, Doc received his own first tattoo that said "Mother", which is faded now, and got him interested in how magical of an experience it was to put a permanent piece on someone. After opening his own studio in the 1970s, Doc has made about 40 acres worth of tattoo artwork on skin, and has been able to see the industry change over time, including the evolution of all the different types of styles now popular today. Because of his expertise, Doc's been invited to attend and judge tattoo competitions all over the world.
Doc can be found with his son at Bill & Doc Price Tattoos in Plymouth, Devon, England.
