I got a medium based on the image. I'm 5'5" and 125#, so felt pretty confident. I washed it right away, and I was a bit surprised at how much it shrunk. It's a nice fit... not too small, but not a bit oversized like I hoped. This isn't an oversized t-shirt.
I love it so much I almost ordered an XL. I still might. It's a great shirt.

The skull design is awesome but a little lighter/dull even, if you will, than it looks in the photos! Still a great shirt and I'll be stopping in again sometime soon!
